Mast Stuff!

Mast Splice dry assembly. Two inch diameter, 12" inner sleeve. Paul will weld it tomorrow. Mast length 17' to be trimmed as necessary. 

Bummer!

Well, Paul took the tent out camping last week and reported that it leaked!
Mind you, it was a heavy blowing rain that came in at the zipper, but wet bedding on the Everglades Challange is unacceptable. Perhaps a seperate rain fly would cure this, but he also indicated that the MATERIAL itself leaked. I examined this tent before I sent it out to him and do not see how it could let water pass, but thats what he says.
Looks like we will have to spend real money for a tent....Drat!
